Direct Your Students to the Checkride Checkmate Website
Students will purchase the service level that applies best to them, either the Comprehensive Pilot Records Review which reviews their applicant information, or the Complete Checkride Records Review Package which reviews the paperwork for the applicant and the aircraft.
Review Submission
The student's submission will be reviewed within 48 hours (Rush service available upon request)
Register Account
Students will register their account with checkmate
Corrections If Needed
If there are corrections needed, the student will receive an email notification to log back in to the applicant portal where they will see step by step instruction for them and their instructor to follow to correct, and then resubmit your documents. This is all done at no additional charge.
Upload Documents
We recommend doing this between five and seven days prior to the student's checkride. The guaranteed turn around time for review is 48 hours.
Checkmate Guarantee
If their application is reviewed and there are no corrections needed, they will receive an email, and a certificate that provides the checkmate guarantee that their application is free from errors. This can be presented to the examiner, further demonstrating that they have met all of the requirements of the rating that they are seeking.
